Initially trained in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations but was assigned to a large CRM project for the Swedish bank SBAB. See my experience from SBAB for description of that project.

With Microsoft Dynamics CRM as platform we built a customer solution for SBAB. In this agile project I had different roles and tasks during the project including planning, reporting, configuration, requirement gathering and tests. I was also responsible for the teams Sprint demos. Feb-May we performed a pre-study with workshops and requirement gathering resulting in a suggested Solution Design. In this project we used agile methodologies from Lean and Scrum.

Lead the Finance Department at IAS with a turnover of 90 MSEK. Supervising a Swedish finance team and eight Finance Managers in East Africa. When the organization decided to procure and implement a new ERP solution I took on the role as Product Owner. During my employment I also became the Project Manager for a Finance project that caused big changes for the organization where all countries started to consolidate their finances. My role also included preparing and presenting reports to the board. The core responsibility relates to project budgeting, monitoring and external reporting of 50+ relief projects. Also admin budgets and consolidating of the 10 project countries for annual audit and report (K3). A lot of time was spent coaching and training the key leaders of the organization in finance and setting up our international finance system with routines, guidelines and accounting principles.

Leading XBASE office in Falun with six Finance Consultants. The job required managing staff, administration, strategic decision making and key account managing but also hands on work as a consultant with: accounting, annual reports, tax, VAT, business analysis, financial reports, IT-projects and implementation. Managed cost cutting and termination of staff. For our clients I led implementation of new accounting software, ERP:s and also mobile ordering application (Mobigo).

Finance Manager with responsibility for staff, payroll, accounting, external reporting, taxes and annual reports. Duties also included working as a technician and a supervisor (typically for up to 16 employees) during bigger event projects and concerts. Working hard to meet our customer’s deadlines was one of the key aspects of this job.
