Daniel is a seasoned finance executive with strong experience in capital raise, M&A, financial management, accounting, and operations.  He has over 15 years direct and indirect experience working with private-equity entities, buyers, and sellers of Companies.Through complex financial structuring Daniel has raised more than $3 billion dollars in the last decade as well as lead successful private equity buyout transactions. Drawing from his diverse industry experiences at management and executive level: including financial services, SaaS, logistics, rental, manufacturing, and energy utility across the United States, Daniel brings a unique problem-solving perspective.  He has served as the Head of Finance at a SaaS company, logistics company, CFO of a software start-up, Corporate Controller at an entertainment company, Controller of a publicly traded bank among other executive and senior management capacities.He has worked for Apollo Global Management, managing the finance team for a significant investment. Most recently he lead the finance department for a portfolio entity for Accel- KKR.He received undergraduate degrees in Economics and Management Information Systems from theUniversity of Washington (State of Washington, USA) and a graduate degree in Accounting from theGolden Gate University (California, USA) and is a CPA (California).Daniel is fluent in English and Korean.
