Selected Achievements:- Provision of technical knowledge and effective project management skills to support the ongoing activities of a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. Responsible for planning and conducting projects of a significantly complex nature to meet client requirements. - Engaged as Project Manager and Lead Environmental Scientist for the Dunkeld Dam Restoration Project, the two-fold role lead to significant efficiencies. Redesign enabled the project to significantly reduce cost (near 50%) and finish ahead of schedule with expedited planning and approvals facilitated through DELWP.- Progressed through three consecutive engagements for the Court Services Victoria - Law Courts Development Project. The Project Manager and Lead Environmental Scientist role spanned soil and groundwater contamination assessment; geotechnical investigation; ecological assessment; environmental approvals and planning review; and assessment of key environmental risks.

Responsible for a diverse range of functions including ecological and contaminated land assessment, industrial site audit and significant business development activities across the AECOM, Environment Geosciences & Remediation Services and Impacts Assessments & Permitting teams. Selected Achievements:- Engaged as a Deputy Program Manager, Project Manager and Senior Environmental Scientist in the Regional Contamination Investigation Program (RCIP) with the Directorate of Environmental Remediation Programs (DERP), Department of Defence. A two-fold role in both project management and technical delivery across the Victorian and Tasmanian region. One of the largest contaminated land assessment programs in Australian history.- Consulted within the AECOM/GHD Joint Venture Level Crossings Removal Project, Technical Advisory Services. Predominantly focused on project management, interface co-ordination and technical review for the environment and planning components of various large scale level crossing removal packages across Melbourne; this is the largest infrastructure program in Victorian history.- Victorian Growth Lead for PFAS, Transport Sector Lead and the Environment client account manager for various key clients.

Responsible for project environmental management and demonstration of environmental due diligence through Airservices diverse $1billion capital expenditure (CAPEX) program in accordance with Airservices ISO 14001 aligned EMS and statutory obligations under Commonwealth and state legislation.Selected Achievements:- Designed and constructed 5 new $15 million firefighting services, commissioned in under a year each, with high level ESD, NABERS energy ratings and a new performance standard for fuel/foam distribution system and bay design.- Consulted on an average of 20 CAPEX projects, consistently in excess of $100 million value, across various portfolios (construction, infrastructure, and communications) with a high utilization rate and a frequent national travel requirement for environmental audit and assurance.- Assessed and managed Airservices legacy contaminated land risk. In-depth risk assessment for the implementation of reasonably practicable contamination management solutions for Per/Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in the absence of recognised Australian regulatory guidelines. - Mentored new starters and drove business development through the redevelopment of organisational work breakdown structures and continual improvement of Airservices environmental management system.

Responsible for specialist environmental guidance of Airservices corporate activities, enabling effective management of Airservices corporate environmental initiatives and risks. Selected Achievements:- Championed triple bottom line (environmental, social & economic) sustainability reporting. - Monitored Airservices national environmental footprint, resource usage and drove improved performance through embedding a philosophy of environmentally sustainable design.- Delivered technical direction on environmental matters to all business groups with major focus on property, facilities management and firefighting services; thereby enabling effective management and mitigation of environmental risk through all projects, changes and operations.- Facilitated organization-wide education programs addressing environmental awareness, Commonwealth and state environmental legislation, guidelines, permit and approval processes.
