I have joined the Global IRM Hub in ING by the end of 2022. During this period, I have been supporting different ING units worldwide (NE, UK, ASIA, AMERICA, BG, HG, SK, CZ, FR) from an IRM perspective. This has offered me the opportunity of learning about the day to day of ING, the way of working of the difference units and the as-is /to be of the risk frameworks, procedures, policies, regulations and standards in place.Projects: the Global IRM Hub provides specialized IRM (2LoD) services to ING Units worldwide. I have participated in different projects, as: support to Corporate IRM (and BUs) during the quarterly IT Risk NFRD Challenge, thematic reviews, risk awareness, spot-checks, BIAs, RCSAs, DRAs, Deep Dives, control assessment guidance and methodology and IT Risk advisory.Main Resp.: support to business units in the different projects and BAU activities, report to Global IRM Hub Lead, coordinate the global team responsible of the control framework review
