Ensuring apprentices were trained and mentored to carry out work with the correct safe work procedure and mentoring apprentices with their studies additionally I advised and assisted fellow technicians on a day to day basis.I was also entrusted with dealing with customer complaints, accounts, and workshop delegation in the absence of the business owner, during ownership transition and afterwards.After the transition I became more and more involved in the day to day running of the business whilst decreasing the amount of hands on work in the workshop.
