The Campus Raad is an independent andimpartial advisory organ that is in direct relation with the Heeren Vijf (association’s board). Campus Raad investigate and will give advice when incidents on campus occur. When the research shows that there may be a need for consequences, the Campus Raad will advise the Heeren Vijf on the severity of the punishment. The Campus Raad tries to make sure that the campus will continue to function in the way it does. Holding on to and enforcing the values of the N.C.V.

- Making reservations and delivering comprehensive guest services at the reception desk, as well as through telephone and email communication.- Overseeing and facilitating the handling, storage, and timely delivery of luggage, mail, and laundry.- Offering prompt and effective problem-solving assistance to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.- Communicating with guests, about lost items and facilitating an appropriate solution.

- Facilitate the invoicing process and generate invoices- Maintain a comprehensive digital repository of financial documents- Compile and dispatch quotations
