Current• Conduct training needs assessment based on priority – consulted with leadership and cadre to address gaps and criticality; developed numerous training curriculums to ensure learning / development of students is up to date• Direct and instruct on leadership development initiatives, including identifying leadership competencies, designing and implementing training programs, mentoring emerging leaders, and providing feedback to enhance leadership capabilities• Consulted with senior leaders on strategic vision – aligned development & curriculum priorities for initial trainees and leadership training; implemented and trained 300+ personnel• Customize programs by tailoring content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes to meet the unique needs of diverse audiences and competency levels• Learn and implement a variety of active learning techniques, such as case studies, simulations, role-playing, and group discussions, to enhance participant engagement and retention of learning objectives• Measure the effectiveness of training curriculum through a combination of pre- and post- training assessments, instructor feedback, and performance metrics. Design and implement knowledge tests, skill evaluations, and practical exercise to gauge participants learning progress
