The project took 6 months and was conducted across all major Bayer locations in Canada.Lead Trainer for PennWest MS Office 2010 Migration:As the lead trainer I was responsible for developing course content related to the migration to MS Office 2010 from MS Office 2003. The majority of these courses were conducted live in the Calgary office and online using Goto Meeting. During this migration I was also present at the Calgary office for personal assistance with troubleshooting and specific MS Access issues related to the migration. Primary Trainer for CNRL Customized Expert Excel Courses:As the lead trainer for this particular program I was responsible for the delivery of expert level Excel course content for local Calgary staff and onsite training at the Fort McKay site in Northern Alberta. As the training specialist at APG I was responsible for the design and implementation of our internal training and on-boarding programs for our new and existing consultants. Other tasks included the co-administration of the company SharePoint site and maintaining client documentation library.

In this roles I was responsible for a variety of tasks and project listed below:- Create and maintain course materials, including the design, development and delivery of technical materials/curriculum which included student manuals, exercise manual and quick reference cards, etc.- Occasional help desk support including logging and resolution of calls using the Remedy Call Tracking system.- Support the coordination of all activities associated with classroom events including classroom supplies, facilities set-up, pre- and post-work, reminders, evaluations and participant materials.- Load and test training data into training system for classroom exercises- Facilitated and conducted live training sessions as well as using Tandburg video conferencing units across Canada. - Created and designed course curriculum and content for SAM(Sysco Application Manager) used for tracking customer orders as well as SWIS(Sysco Workflow Information System) used to electronically capture and retain all sales documentation held in Documentum.
