Picking- Picking orders for various stores using RF guns. Orders can range in size from 1 small box to a few pallets.Order management- Loading orders onto RF guns using Oracle systems for pickers to pick.- Managing emails and any problems that may occur.-Communicating with the despatch team informing them of any urgent orders or over night orders that need to be shipped ASAP. Despatch- Shipping orders using Oracle, FedEx and UPS.- Contacting shipping company's to get quotes and arranging the delivery of pallets to various stores and warehouses in different countries.- Booking in deliveries with various stores such as Debenhams, look fantastic, brown Thomas etc via phone and email. - Communicating with delivery drivers who may be collecting orders or delivering stock and making sure that the correct paperwork is given or received.- Supervising and training a small team.Kitting- Creating kits for orders being despatched to QVC in Italy, Germany and UK.- Picking stock from bulk for the kitting process.- Creating barcode labels to stick onto boxes to be scanned.Replenishment- Replenishing shelves and pallets with stock ready to be picked.- Liaising with order management and checking if the stock is available for urgent or overnight orders to be picked.
