Led engineering and operations teams responsible for production operations of Oxy’s assets in the South Texas and Midland Basin. In South Texas, primary responsibility was managing operations and engineering activities associated with the asset divestment. In Midland Basin, focused on horizontal shale oil and gas development and production operations.

Led engineering and operations team responsible for drilling, completing and stimulating oil and gas wells in Oxy's South Texas and Delaware Basin Assets. In South Texas, the teams focused on Vicksburg and Frio vertical wells utilizing managed pressure drilling with conventional completions. In the Delaware Basin, the teams focused on horizontal drilling and stimulation of Wolfcamp and Bone Springs wells in western Texas and New Mexico.

Responsible for managing Drilling Engineers to ensure that all well work is adequately designed and supported so that said work can be conducted in a safe, environmentally acceptable, and efficient manner, and in compliance with Company policies and government regulations.

Responsible for all aspects of drill well design for a wide range of projects including multi-well pad unconventional wells (Colorado), directional and horizontal unconventional wells (Germany and Poland), and managed pressure depleted carbonate wells (Indonesia).Additionally, held position for approximately 3 years responsible for contracting and logistics of OCTG and wellhead equipment supporting global operations for all subsea and land international drilling campaigns including activity in Angola, Nigeria, Equitorial Guinea, Chad, Sakhalin Island, Brazil and offshore California.
