Member of the Management Board, responsible for planning, reporting, business finance support, compliance, taxes and treasury

-Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting process co-ordination to ensure adherence to timelines-Consolidation and submission of completed forecasts for the total business including detailed analytical review-Production of summary schedules and KPIs for use in the business-Preparation of board presentation packs to accompany the forecasts-Consolidation and input to the internal weekly forecast and the formal fortnightly quarterly outlook for Group-Delivery of the daily management reports-Management of monthly ABC reporting on customer and vendor profitability for internal and Group use-Preparation of model P&Ls for key strategic planning-Ownership of the executive dashboard-Co-ordination, management and communication of target setting for bonuses and commissions throughout the business -Other duties as required from time to time

- Overseeing and is responsible for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, annual and 3YP financial reporting activities (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements)- Providing accurate and timely insight into business performance by analysing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast - ABC manager - calculation & reporting of Activity Based Costing for Poland, Sweden, Norway and Finland

- Creating reports , analyzes and summaries for the purpose of Sales , Marketing Department , Board and other departments- Preparing reports for headquarters- Participation in the preparation of the annual plan- Preparation of the historical data for planning and providing information to people involved in the planning process- Consolidation and analysis of the obtained forecasts- Distribution of the report to headquarters after receiving the authorization of the Board and placing the data in the system- Preparation of weekly forecasts- Updating reporting systems ( data changes , the transmission of information to workers involved in the reporting process )- Checking accounts discount programs created by the Sales Department for Customers- Working with the Marketing Department to carry out the simulation of financial effectiveness of planned projects- Random checks on the correctness of the accounting for accounts and cost centers- Controlling and administration of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse authorizations- SAP Superuser- ABC manager - calculation & reporting of Activity Based Costing for Poland, Sweden, Norway and Finland- Fixed Assets - According to PL and U.S. GAAP standards

- Organization of delivery while minimizing the costs associated with the transportation of goods in accordance with the principles of logistics and transport. Explaining the vendor non-compliance occurred in the delivery.- Cooperation with customs agencies in order to make customs clearance of goods. Classification of commodity products.- Ensuring proper handling of billing invoices in accordance with applicable laws, procedures and corporate standards.- Controlling and reconciliation of vendor accounts within assigned product lines
