He holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). Daniel has worked both within organizations and as a consultant. He has extensive experience in the health care field where he has been involved in organizational development and learning & development. He was called upon to play the role of head of the Training and Continuous Professional Development department during an unprecedented organizational transformation, which enabled him to acquire expertise in skills development, particularly in a context of uncertainty. As a consultant at Gallagher, Daniel manages complex mandates, particularly with executive teams. In addition to leveraging his experience in learning and leadership development by designing innovative programs, he leads projects in succession planning and management, as well as competency profile development. He also regularly works with leadership teams to improve their effectiveness. He has conducted over 700 individual psychometric test feedbacks. Daniel is passionate about leadership development, learning and organizational performance. He continually seeks to align the organization's strategic business objectives with talent management and enjoys taking both a global and individual perspective. The results of his thesis on humor in the workplace lead him to believe that it is possible to have fun at work, even in the face of adversity.
