As an Assistant Principal at Prince George's County Public Schools, I work with a team of educators and administrators to provide a high-quality and equitable education for a diverse population of students in Maryland. With more than 15 years of experience in the education sector, I have developed skills in leadership, staff development, staff evaluation and coaching, workforce/post-secondary student development, and program management.As a Council Member at City Of Hyattsville, Maryland, I represented the interests and needs of the residents of a diverse and vibrant community of over 20,000 people. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and sustainable city where everyone can live, learn, work, and play. I created and advocated for policies and initiatives that support mental health, quality education, public safety, social justice, affordable housing, and economic development.
