Duties• Responsible for 6 sites across a team consisting of 120 employees with 6 site managers reporting directly to me in a busy highly regulated work environment• Managing and analysing performance data and other information• Encouraging, identifying and developing best practise strategy • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health & safety goals and objectives• Work closely with health & safety, human resources and training departments to achieve common goals• Work closely to build and maintain working relationship with clients• Managing staff in accordance with company and employment law regulations• Assisting in recruitment, training and development of staff • Maximising productivity• Ensuring that capacity and capability are continually planned• Establish and maintain regular team communications • Manage and monitor company administration tasks

Duties• Responsible for operational management of all contractual tasks within as per contractual agreement within a bus garage.• Parking buses according plan & allocation of buses ready for service• Cleaning of exterior/interior of buses, cleaning of all premises, fuel, adblue, engine oil, coolant checking/top up.• 24 hours 7 day a week operation• Responsible for 4 supervisors with a total of 40 staff.

Management of a particular shift for a supplier of fresh of chilled ready to cook meals for high quality supermarket chains and the food service sector.Responsible for 200 staff across 5 departments from goods in through to dispatch.

Managed a team of 10 staff over 2 shifts for a manufacturer of high quality cooked meat and poultry for the sandwich making sector and a number of leading supermarkets.
