I am a biologist with long experience in the ecology of coastal zones and currently working on resilience and climate change adaptation issues. In the last 15 years, I have been involved in coordinating and managing projects in the Gulf of Mexico including the coastal area of Campeche and Yucatan.My experience includes the coordination of national and bi-national work teams. I have managed teams of more than 30 people from different disciplines. My greatest strength is the work coordination under a control and quality scheme to meet the established deadlines and the dialog and the resolution of conflicts with the stakeholders and people living in the coastal areas.
