Commercial Manager
I manage various teams within the Commercial aspect of the business, which include Purchasing, Product Management, Business Development and Technical support. The teams I manage are ultimately responsible for the Vendors which sit within the B2B business unit in CMS. However, the team are encouraged to develop business across all verticals, so work with sales teams in UK retail, online and in Europe.I have overall responsibility for about 60 vendors and managing the budget for those brands as well as the execution of the business plans. My key drivers are ensuring our monthly, quarterly and annual budgets are hit through regular meetings, QBR's, product launches and training for sales and identifying gaps in our product portfolio.
