Project management for continuous improvement department, focusing on visual inspection of finished product. Implementation of 5S in production areas.

Support transfer of project developed in R&D or from clients to the production scale and commercial manufacturing. Including process validation, new equipment commissioning and related documentation (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, SOPs, MBR, etc.). Writing of documentation, investigation and QA related reports.

Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, and oversee the evening shift supervisor. Review batch documentation and related documents to the production.

Complete the validation of isolators (manufacturing, transfer and filling), including media fills. Participate in the development of formulations and tech transfer.

Manage the production schedule and staff assignment, manage inventory through SAP system, as well as production order and process orders. Operate and troubleshoot the lyophilizer.
