My extensive background encompasses proficient project management related to the CQC, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), and local authorities. My expertise in tender processes and contract negotiations has been pivotal in revitalizing services developing strategic outcomes, bolstering positive engagement in the marketplace, influencing and developing local policies, and their application. I have adeptly conducted organizational risk assessments and developed strategies to ameliorate service provision and inform strategic direction.My role as Head of Operations and Development allows me a great deal of autonomy in many facets of the business which is dynamic, ever changing and exciting!
