Nationally I was able to bring in Macys / Federated Stores among others. • Developed and maintained a successful control system to minimize cost and maximize quality for specified quantities of manufactured goods. • Ensure that our designs maintain their integrity as manufacturing challenges arise in production.• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, prepare operational reports to detect production problems and schedule maintenance activities.• While prioritizing my production management responsibilities I was able to develop my own accounts such as Macy's, Dussen, DLC Marketing and others by creating display designs. Generated approximately $150,000 in revenue from new sales a year.• Managed 20 direct reports in production while directing and coordinating all manufacturing activities.

• Negotiated distribution agreements with American companies that manufactured a variety of trade show exhibit systems and merchandising hardware for the point of purchase. Among these companies: Mark Bric Display Corp. and Merchandising Inventives.• Managed all sales and export activities to ensure that products safely arrive to their international destinations in the time agreed.• Developed all marketing support material according to the requirements of the represented brands. • Doubled revenues by expanding services to digital printing bringing our annual sales from $50,000 to $110,000 in a year and maintained a steady growth of approximately 15% for the following years.
