These initiatives involved managing substantial budgets, coordinating international partnerships, and overseeing staff and student mobility programs across various countries. By fostering strategic relationships and implementing innovative approaches, I contributed to the development of large-scale educational and cultural initiatives that promoted diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.Currently, as the Program Team Lead at Antyx Community Arts Society in Calgary, I supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering creative programs for youth. My role involves setting strategic direction, ensuring program excellence, and balancing social-emotional learning with artistic expression.
