Daniel is a real estate professional with a decade of experience in development, design and construction. Throughout his career Daniel has successfully managed design and construction of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial/office space and over 2,000 residential units. Currently, he manages all activities and growth at AEC Development Partners, a vertically integrated company focused on acquiring and developing real estate. Prior to founding AEC, Daniel was a Director at Urban Investment Partners, responsible for running multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Washington D.C. Metro area. In that role, Daniel was directly responsible for the acquisition and development of $250 Million worth of assets in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Daniel was also instrumental in building the firm’s portfolio by negotiating with tenant associations in value-add investments.Earlier in his career, Daniel worked for some of the most highly recognized architecture, engineering and construction firms in the United States; among them Parsons and AECOM. During this time, he specialized in mastering his knowledge in the most efficient and cost-effective means and methods of construction for a wide range of national and international projects.Daniel holds a professional degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Georgetown University and B.S. in Architecture and Project Management from the University of Maryland. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and a Licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
