Member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CEO, managing a team of 12 people. Responsible for all the activities of the Finance area of the Group's various companies, which includes the Accounting, Treasury & Credit Control and Planning & Control departments. Results achieved:- Reduction of bank debt by 50%, €8.2M from €16.4M to €8.2M;- Renegotiation of various financing lines with an average 2bp reduction in spreads;- Reduction in average inventory days by 19 days (21% reduction in inventories, €0.9M);- Reduction in average debtors days by 108 days (55% reduction in debtors, €8.9M);- Increase in average creditors days by 16 days (66% increase in creditors, €2.0M);- Maintaining financial autonomy levels of between 30% and 50%;- Reduction in the monthly closing accounts deadline from 12 to 6 working days;- Corporate reorganization of the Group, promoting greater strategic alignment between the subsidiaries and the holding company.

Reporting to the CEO, managing a team of 3 controllers. Responsible for all activities in the management control area of the Group's various companies. Results achieved:- Creation of the Planning & Control department;- Creation of all the monthly reporting models for the Group's various companies;- Creation and implementation of key performance indicators;- Renegotiation of the insurance portfolio to reduce costs;- Implementation of the Group's consolidated reporting process

Reporting to the CEO. Responsible for all activities in Quilaban's management control area.Results achieved:- Creation of all the monthly reporting models that support decision-making;- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Reporting to the CFO in Portugal and to the controller at the parent company in England, managing a team of 4 controllers. Responsible for all activities in the management control and treasury areas of the group's various companies.Results achieved:- Reduction in the monthly closing accounts deadline from 10 to 5 working days;- Implementation of business and company valuation models;- Implementation of a treasury management ERP (Target One).

Reporting to the CFO in Portugal and to the controller at the parent company in England, managing a team of 3 controllers. Responsible for all the activities in the management control area of the Group's various companies. Results achieved:- Creation of the Management Control department;- Key-user in the implementation of the new SAP ERP (FI-CO);- Preparation of the Group's consolidated accounts.

Reporting to the Finance Director. Responsible for reporting accounts to the parent company in England and to shareholders in Portugal.

Reporting to the Financial Controller. Curricular internship in the management control area.- Analysis of sales margins;- Preparation and analysis of monthly cost and income statements;- Preparation and analysis of financial indicators;- Implementation of a KPI monthly reporting by business unit;- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual accounts.
