I feel strongly about the development of tccc education in Israel, and started Medetac, Israel's first official tccc training centre, in order to standardise the level of available training in Israel, and in turn help to improve the level of trauma care given in the field.

I am a full time BLS, ACLS, PALS, and AHA instructor at Laviv, while teaching TCCC and TECC courses through Medetac, its tactical medicine department.I am responsible for the management of Medetac, and my role at Laviv also includes liaising with international clients on the import of new products, customising training for local and international clients.

I worked as chief of security, and a security assessor, for MSC Cruises and Mano ferries. I was responsible for the team management, strategy, and security training of the team, and over 3000 crew members. As an assessor I visited many ships in the MSC fleet, to gauge their performance level, and provide team training and guidance.
