I am a cartographer graduated from the Venezuelan Navy School with 25+ years experience, at the moment; I’m working at ExxonMobil since January 2018, as Business Support Professional in fuels to Latin America market, giving support to the customers in their requirement to supply gas using SAP application. Also I worked at QUICK-SERVICE-SOFTWARE, from October 2017 to December 2017, as customer service representative as well, taken calls for fast meals chain, using software to management all the sales and giving support to use the application. I have worked, from October 2009 to April 2016 at CARIS, as cartographic consultant, giving internal training in the company and to the Ecuador hydrographic service, also giving technical support in the handling and use of the software, helping to solve the needs of the clients in English and Spanish. I was part of the tester team of CARIS Products, in the area of Quality Assurance before releasing the products to the clients, using HP Quality Center and Confluence tracking. In Both areas I had to reported daily to developers and managers about the applications and their issues, in the same way, I had to wrote technical notes to the clients to made more easy its understandingI consider that I have extensive knowledge and experience in cartographic production on paper and electronics (ENC), under the IHO standarts using CARIS's products (CARIS-GIS, HPD, S-57 COMPOSSER, CARIS LOTS), ARC/Info (ESRI), ARC/GIS (ESRI), AutoCAD, MapInfo, remote sensors (TRIMBLE) and photogrammetric to topography and hydrographic survey to create mappings. I also had duties as department head, manager and equipment to the Hydrographer of Venezuela. As a technical officer, I prepared and participate in hydrographic campaigns, as a team member in the hydrographic surveys and in the coordination of previous meetings to establish the priorities and strategies to generate hydrographic and cartographic products., I worked in several units; submarine, tall ship “Simon Bolivar”, and patrol commander on the Orinoco River.
