Review & obtain medical records for personal injury and other medically related cases.Prepare trial binders for personal injury cases and managed multiple priorities and details with accuracy.Preparing all exhibits referred in the Appellate Division brief and confirming the accuracy of reference.Preparing the table of authorities for all citations of the Appellate Division brief.Organize and maintain general litigation files from start to finish through trial process.Speak with Court Clerks on a daily basis in relations to client’s court dates.Report directly to lead attorney with broad range of responsibilities that encompass the timely and complex preparation of cases from client interview to trial phase, including drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents with superior writing skills.Liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, healthcare providers, insurance carriers,law firms, and government agencies.Draft and edit pleadings, discovery demands and responses, memorandums of law, etc.Coordinate and manage large volumes of files with initiative and accuracy.
