During my career as a Full Professor at Université de Montréal, I created and managed a vast research program in genetics and neuroscience. I am now Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at the same institution. Prior to this, I was an award-winning journalist (Prix Jules Fournier pour l'excellence du français en journalisme écrit ; Molson Award and Canada-Packers Award, National Foundation of Canadian Magazine Awards).I founded my own communication agency, and was editor-in-chief of three major magazines including Reader’s Digest Canada, redefining the editorial policy and overseeing the work of a dozen writers, translators, and graphic designers.Since leaving full-time academia, I became a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist for a SaaS enterprise that is currently expanding throughout Canada, the US, and Europe in the paramedical field.Recently, I also became Éditeur Canada français, CIO Canada, for Foundry (previously IDG Communications).I launched my own film production company, Sapiens Films, specializing in corporate, educational, and commercial videos and documentaries. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Law, and a doctorate in Biological Anthropology.These rich experiences required me to be a leader and creative thinker throughout my career.
