I prepare and conformance maintaining of project documentation including financial documentation, QA/QC, as-builts, practical completion, and administering construction contracts etc. Including but not limited to verification and certification amongst all stakeholders. I ensure that drawings, specifications, and site diary documents, that are required for the works, are maintained and accessible on Site. I implement Inspection and Test Plans to ensure that the works comply with the specifications and client requirements. I monitor the progress of project expenditure and take corrective action if required. I manage the delivery program, updating it and developing mitigation plans to avoid deviations. The contract value is USD 4,000,000.

The project consisted of the electromechanical assembly and commissioning of two steam turbines, generators and auxiliary equipment for UPM, a project located in Paso de los Toros, Uruguay. In it, I made and was responsible for claims and discharges, both with the client and subcontractors, which I carried out bearing in mind the different agreements and contractual conditions, being in some cases, responsible for carrying them out. In addition, based on the committed scope, I looked for differences and made comparisons with what was done in the field to issue change orders and thus obtained additional income for the project. All communication with the client and subcontractors was done under contract notes and / or work book, as appropriate, which were made in English and sent to the various parties involved giving them follow-up to obtain a correct and fluid communication. This allowed me to have a good and transparent relationship with the different parties involved, an aspect that I reinforced and maintained in the successive meetings that I led. On the other hand, he gave support to the different work supervisors to be able to carry out the field activities in time and form. With the data collected and the information provided by the staff, I carried out the planning, with the P6 spring tool, to follow up and supervise the different aspects of the work and thus achieve the goals set and avoid fines or deviations. Weekly and monthly reports in Power BI and/or Excel, which were presented to the client and internally. The project was valued at USD 45,000,000

The project consisted of the construction of lifts, water reservoir and building works, laying of medium voltage cable, installation of piping, as well as soil movement for the slopes of the hill. In it, he was responsible for monitoring all the activities of the project, in addition to making the schedules of the different works that compose it. He was in charge of the Cash Flow and the control of the different payments and certifications of the project. Supervised and managed the project documentation, both work and contractual. I coordinated and surveyed the status of international purchases with different suppliers. I prepared monthly and biweekly reports for the company's management and the municipality. All these activities were carried out using Primavera P6 software, spreadsheets and graphic tools. The project was valued at USD 23,000,000.

Photovoltaic renewable energy projects with a capacity of 37 MW, which are included in the RenovAR 2.0 and MaTER plans. They are located in Cura Bochero and Villa de Maria de Rio Seco, province of Córdoba. He was in charge of activating, following up the production and arrival of equipment and materials to the site. Managed the engineering and documents necessary to carry out the project according to internal and client's procedures, meeting quality and deadlines. Followed up the work schedule to mitigate the impact on the delivery date of the work. Prepared certificates taking into account budget, actual and forecast. Prepared weekly/monthly reports, which were presented at internal, supplier and client meetings. Project valued at USD 10,000,000.

Responsible for planning, production control and site certification. The project consisted of the electromechanical assembly of two SGT-800 turbines (combined cycle, gas and fuel) and two boilers that make up a closed cycle (cogeneration) capable of delivering 93 MW and 125 Tn/h of steam, project located in Lujan de Cuyo - Mendoza for the client Central Puerto S.A. In it, I was responsible for controlling the progress of work and recording resources necessary for the execution of the different activities. He analyzed the results and prepared simulations to be able, together with the construction manager and project manager, to mitigate impacts and find improvements in the implementation and execution of the project, activity that he carried out with the PRIMAVERA P6 program. These activities allow the company to optimize its resources, minimize idle time and obtain a database for future projects. With the results obtained, he prepared the necessary reports for the client, the company's management and the different work fronts. In addition to the aforementioned activities, he was in charge of certifying the progress made during the month. This allowed the company to obtain the funds in due time and form and to be able to face the project and obtain the Cash Flow of the work. The project was valued at USD 91,000,000.

In charge of planning and production control in civil-electromechanical works. The project consisted of the construction of a COKE plant, gas treatment plant and electrical substation. In it, I was responsible for supervising the planning of the construction company, in addition to reporting and production indexes, this was carried out through the spring program (P6 of ORACLE) and dynamic spreadsheets (Excel). I was also in charge of the control of supplies and raw materials, both internal and contractor. With this, I was able to reduce deviations, warn and mitigate possible impacts to the work, reducing costs and idle time. I supervise the progress and performance of the activities for a correct projection, resulting in a reliable planning. The project was valued at USD 1500,000,000.

Production planning and control manager. In this position, I was responsible for planning and controlling production and input logistics. By projecting the scope of the work, I was able to run possible scenarios in order to anticipate deviations and mitigate impacts. In addition, it allowed me to visualize the production requirements, such as machines and tools, personnel and materials. Due to the above, I was in charge of logistics, coordinating with suppliers and customer the arrival of supplies in time and form. These tasks were performed and controlled through the Oracle Primavera program and Excel spreadsheets. With all the information, I had to prepare monthly, weekly and exhibition reports for the client and the company's construction managers.

Maral Explanada tower 2 project located in Mar del Plata. I carried out the planning of the tower from the beginning to the end of the construction, taking into account the different entities involved, such as suppliers, unions as well as construction processes and sequences. Once finalized and implemented, the control and uploading of the progress is performed, having to mitigate the deviations that impact the deadline and construction process.

Project INTERCONNECTION OF 132 KV HENDERSON-PEHUAJO-GENERAL VILLEGAS, which consists of 210 km of high voltage lines, the creation of two transformer stations and the reform of one, the project was valued at U$ 12,973,531. I served as head of technical office and my main activities were to control the quality and work procedures according to the instructions. I was in charge of the logistics of raw materials and supplies for the project, making production plans and in direct communication with suppliers. I planned and controlled the activities of operators and machinery. I reviewed the certifications of the subcontracted companies. I prepared plans according to the work for its later approval.

I carried out a re-distribution and re-dimensioning of raw materials and supplies warehouses, by means of a purchasing and production plan. I established the optimal location and dimensions of the warehouse, as well as the conditions to comply with the regulations of good practices. The results I obtained were a 10% reduction in warehouse area, a 20% reduction in feeding time and warehouse location. I advised to apply facilities for greater control and safety for the operator and the implementation of registration instruments for the control of incoming and outgoing goods.
