As a Technical Support Specialist at Lyghtsource Concepts, I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients and customers using various software and hardware products. I have been working in this role for over two years, and I have developed skills in computer literacy, freelancing, and administrative assistance. I have also contributed to the improvement of customer satisfaction and retention rates by delivering timely and quality service. I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Procurement and Materials Management from Technical University of Mombasa, where I also studied Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
