Developed proposals for Reeled Lay and S-lay installation projects including installation of PLETs, PLEMs, Manifolds, Flexible products, umbilical, SCR, EFL, HFL and other related deepwater hardware. Organized and implemented peer reviews and executive bid reviews. Determined the primary competitors and developed and implemented a strategy for successful proposals. Negotiated commercial and contractual matters with clients.

Developed proposals for ROV support for deepwater projects onboard client and Canyon vessels. Prepared proposals related to deepwater pipeline, fiber optic cable and umbilical burial with ROV based trenching systems. Helped build the company from 5 ROV systems to 20+ worldwide with offices in Houston, Singapore and Aberdeen. Worked with Canyon’s Aberdeen office in building the ROV trenching department for burial of offshore pipelines and fiber optic cables.
