• Leading a team of 10 people with a budget of 1.5 million CHFs per annum; team is sited in various locations (Switzerland, Poland and India). Project is to introduce a new Portfolio Management Tool for the Equity team in Index Solution (Barra Portfolio Manager tool, MSCI)• BaU for Index Solutions department, maintenance and enhancement of various internal application as Cash management, Portfolio management and optimizers used within the Index Solution Department • Defining project scope, tracking timeline, monitoring and allocating tasks in an agile software development setup• Acting as key link for coordinating activities between IT, business and external vendor• Collaborating with various internal and external project streams in a challenging Program organization• Analyzing, re-designing and automating business processes through daily workshops with senior Portfolio Managers• Assuring project quality by establishing and promoting the principles of agile software development (SCRUM)

- Ensure the daily index calculation and configuration, supervise the consistency and correctness of the ongoing calculation and data distribution, communicate with customers and third party providers.- Monitor data feeds, identification of potential changes and solutions coordination with IT.- Determining index memberships and application of corporate actions (e.g. increases and decreases of capital stocks, IPOs, M&A activities, dividend payments, stock splits, etc.)- Developing and enhancing the daily operations tools and applications.- Intraday monitoring of input and output streams and issue solving.
