At Breatheology I had the overall responsibility for the maintenance, development and performance of the company's IT-systems. I was put in charge of re-defining the performance management of the company and delegating new KPI's for the organisation which fit the company's critical success factors and strategic objectives.

My first task at Jimaco A/S was to modernise the internal IT-infrastructure. This entailed a modernisation of the company's website, internal communication system and implementation of a new ERP system. Furthermore, I acted as an IT-consultant for the company's customers.Throughout my time at Jimaco A/S I gained an increased awareness for the necessity of proper planning and ongoing management of the development and implementation of IT-systems. I acted as the link between the management and our external development teams which necessitated the ability to communicate technical challenges to the upper management and translate the business' strategy into executable actions for the technical teams.
