Responsible for managing the running and growth of BirdWatch Zambia, staff and partners, and oversee organisational development to ensure the organisation becomes a leading conservation institution in Zambia.

Lead WWF Zambia's engagements relating to Wetlands conservation, small scale fisheries management and invasive species control, including development of key conservation plans and regulations.

Provide technical support to key stuff on the Freshwater programme and build knowledge/capacity of relevant stuff. The role further included support on fundraising and engagement of partners on the Kafue River & Rowing Centre (KRRC) project.

Responsible for managing the development of the Kafue River and Rowing Centre (KRRC) in Zambia and ensuring coordination among the major project partners.Support the Water Resources Protection Areas (WRPA’s) initiative by providing expertise on natural capital and ecosystem services.Provide support to the Wetlands and Water Stewardship Manager in executing tasks and developing the Water Stewardship programme.Lead the establishment of environmental education initiatives in the Zambezi basin and represent the country office in various youth engagement and environmental education networks.Undertake standard project management tasks as appropriate, including drafting of project concept notes, preparation of work plans, budgets, financial reports, managing and supervising contracts with consultant and partners, as well as completing timely reports to donors and WWF Zambia Country Office Senior Management Team.WWF Zambia focal point for Environmental Education as well as Education for Sustainable development initiatives.My main leadership roles include spear-heading the development of the KRRC project, including developing and managing partnerships, including managing consultants, IHE-Delf students doing research with WWF, interns and grants.

Ensuring the smooth running of each publication's development.Providing input on editorial and design, including liaison with external agencies, to ensure the finished product meets the standards expected by all stakeholders.Undertaking independent research to establish a database of contacts for the editorial team and identify appropriate advertising partners for each publication.Developing editorial synopses to communicate messages to the editorial team; working in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all parties are fully updated and understand their role throughout the development of the publication.Assisting the Publisher in commissioning authors and the editorial team to ensure the most appropriate professionals are selected for the publication.I was responsible for managing authors developing manuscripts for education books (K-12) and five part time staff, including graphic designers, fixers, artists drawing illustrations and editors.
