• Liaise closely with order-processing, transport, drumming team for day to day operation and planning.• Keep and develop clear SOP to ensure stability in all processes.• Establish a continuous improvement process and make innovative proposals for better operation effectiveness and better serve customers.• Streamline operation process (3PL warehousing and drumming process services) • Conduct and provide training regarding chemical safety and operation to all operators and executives together with SHEQ department.• Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement, initiative to reduce work process risks and improve safety work practice.• Involve in root cause investigation and reporting to SHEQ incidents.• Participate in ISO audits, to contribute quality excellent.

• Responsible for all refilling of Specialty gas mixtures. (more than 100 types of chemicals)• Ensure all blending jobs are finished within guaranteed lead-time.• Management of customer’s complaint by doing investigation• Monitor usage of raw chemical materials and making purchases when is needed.• Ensure incident rate in plant is maintained at zero all the time. • Manage each process order can be complete by assign suitable • Implementing EHS Program in Basic Safety Process and job safety analysis• Lead the chemist team and ensured all of them to be performed within strict safety, quality and environmental guideline while striving for optimum efficiency.• Provide Technical Service/Support to Sales and customers.• Knowledgeable in process, gases & chemistry

• Experience QC/QA in polymer stabiliser : calcium-zinc stabiliser (powder, liquid form) & stearate.• Ensure quality of raw material coming in is ready to be use.• Handling toxic waste and make sure store and lab is always be clean.• Study and improve quality of company product. • Making report for daily testing result.• Participate improvement program by co-operate with production team to reduce product defect rate.• Wet Analysis
