Key Achievements1. Chosen from the team to have input on the implementation of the SAP system for the supply team.2. Given responsibility for all chilled products in the business. This was a key category to manage as the shelf lives of the products are so short. I also helped to develop a way for the Distribution Centre and me to track the shelf life so we could react and clear stock before it was written off as unsaleable.3. I was selected to be a key contact for the Tussauds group. This involved informing them of out of stocks and providing reasons why as well as suggesting solutions. This also included attending meetings with our National account manager to try and improve relationships and availability. I also put in a process for them to order chilled juice. This was so they received the product with the best shelf life possible and I was able to ensure that we delivered 100% of all orders placed.4. Given the responsibility of processing all of Little Chefs Fresh Salad and milk requirements. I had to ensure that customer services had processed all orders and ensure that these went to the supplier correct. These were 2 key areas of Little Chefs business so it had to be 100% delivered every time as well as being flexible and being able to resolve any problems that arose.

1. Developed their Excel based system to save the team hours of work each week. The work schedule for each team was currently being manually typed up but I built in lookups and macros to make this more automated.2. Created a system within Excel to track the use of their fleet of vehicles. This helped to plan when we needed to take vehicles off the road to service and maintain them. It also assisted with tracking vehicle misuse as mileage was recorded each week and could be used to spot any discrepancies.

Initially my role was an office administrator based in the Supply Chain Department. My duties included processing data and the general housekeeping of their system. After several months I was promoted to a Supply Planner where my role consisted of managing the suppliers and stock in a range of categories including Beer, Cider, Spirits, Snacks and Confectionery. I left due the company going into Administration.
