Project Coordinator – Stonegate accountCelestra deliver IT services to the Hospitality and Retail industries, from complete system roll outs or an upgrade of existing architectures.▪ Coordinator for approximately 100-150 development sites per year; providing services for refurbishments, full conversions, or ad-hoc works.▪ Such projects can involve converting existing sites into the Stonegate brand, renewing existing IT hardware, cabling for and / or installing new IT systems (tills, kitchen screens, VoIP, back office PCs etc.)▪ Personally managing / coordinating projects end to end; from quotation and surveying the site, to implementation and close out (billing & signing off contactor PO’s).▪ Coordinating the projects involves managing the hardware, scheduling engineers, managing the system builds and all logistics to ensure tight deadlines are met.▪ All projects must run in sync with Stonegate’s schedule; systems must be installed and tested before handover.

Field Support Coordinator▪ Compiling morning attendance reports making sure all engineers are in work and on site by 9am – completing work route checks on engineers, and rescheduling where there are absences.▪ Jeopardy managing the work load of engineers to achieve a higher completion rate of jobs.▪ Managing the no access jobs; if needed rearranging for an engineer to reattend the site.▪ Leading twice daily conference calls with the work sites to give them an overview of progress and discussing / dealing with any concerns. Senior Project Support Coordinator – Fibre Project▪ Creating a daily attendance report, provided to our project suppliers (BT Openreach) to make them aware of the engineer visits being completed around the country that day.▪ Providing supply of works to engineers, uploading job packs onto the in-house system.▪ Dealing with high level escalations from BT Openreach.▪ Compiling regular updates from the field; job completions, problem solving, and welfare of engineers, and reporting this to field managers and BT Openreach.▪ Led a team of 3 support coordinators, delegating work between the team to help achieve a higher rate of completed work

Customer Service Team Member▪ Daily van checks; ensuring there is no damage to the vehicle and is in working order.▪ Validating orders; confirming the correct orders have been loaded onto the vehicle.▪ Covering multiple areas; London, Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.▪ Interaction with customers/VIP customers daily when making deliveries. ▪ On completion, returning to the depot to complete necessary end of day vehicle checks
