Operations Specialist
Current• Manage and prioritize requests for Pre-Sales Support and Deal Acceleration resources within thePartner-led Sales Resource (PLSR) program, coordinating with relevant teams to allocate resourceseffectively, resulting in a significant reduction in response times and improved customersatisfaction for Microsoft Canada's SMB customers.• Track and analyze KPIs using Excel for Microsoft’s SMB & Commercial sales teams, deliveringinsights through a weekly e-mail, improving strategic decision-making and sales performance forMicrosoft.• Collaborate closely with Microsoft SMB sales and technical teams to identify and address potentialissues early in the sales cycle, successfully accelerating the sales process and leading to a highernumber of deals closed within shorter time frames.• Utilize strong coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholder interactions,ensuring clear and consistent information flow, which fosters productive working relationships andmaximizes the success of Partner-led customer engagements.• Adopt a proactive problem-solving approach, implementing innovative solutions to addresschallenges in the sales and support processes promptly and effectively, enhancing overall efficiencyand customer satisfaction
