Our project is inspired by the challenges facing young people of African/African-Caribbean heritage under the premise that they are more than capable of great things. We want to see them doing well in all aspects of their day to day lives, whether it be at school, at home, or in their social lives, we help do this by the presentations, lectures and workshops that we run along with the weekly sessions available to anybody without any sign up.We believe that self knowledge and self understanding is paramount to achieving full potential and once one knows themselves and is aware of their potential they are able to make it a physical manifestation in every aspect. This leads to our main aim, which is to encourage young people, to take up leadership roles, and not get dragged in to the stereotypical view, by doing something constructive that will allow a bright future, with nothing but success. Simply because, 'Failure is NOT an option'.
