With over fifteen years of experience in the robotics and motion industry, I am a Global Application Leader at Universal Robots, the world leader in collaborative robots. In this role, I lead the global strategy and execution of the machine tending application, one of the fastest growing segments in the market. I work with cross-functional teams across regions, functions, and business units to deliver customer-centric solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and safety. I also leverage my MBA and B.Eng. credentials, as well as my skills in smart manufacturing, product management, and business development, to identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Prior to joining Universal Robots, I was a Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development at TE Connectivity, where I supported the growth and transformation of the Robotics & Motion division. Before that, I was a Head of Product Management & Business Development at Rethink Robotics, where I managed a team for defining and managing a global product portfolio of collaborative robots. I am passionate about creating value and impact through innovative and sustainable technologies that empower human potential and improve the world. I bring a diverse and inclusive perspective to my work, as I speak three languages and have collaborated with diverse stakeholders and customers.
