My role is to help our existing customers with their technology challenges, providing a multitude of services from our excellent product portfolio.My Key focus is telecommunications, both fixed and mobile, voice and data, with a number of integrated complimentary solutions to ensure that evolve's clients can effortlessly respond to their own customers ever changing requirements.evolve are a complete communications provider supplying mobile voice, data telecom and IT solutions to consumers and businesses. This means no gaps with what we supply or support, literally bringing communications together, unifying the way our customers work. Enabling customers to communicate more efficiently and more effectively and in a way that they would otherwise never had been able to do before.We provide mobile hardware, contracts and support network connectivity, software solutions, and provide active management, audit and consultancy services. We create complete solutions, and provide end to end support tailored for each customers unique needs.

Evolve Telecom

My first Role with evolve, I started very much at the key growth period of Consumer mobile growth. This saw a huge boom in consumer mobile connections which has taken us from the most basic of phones there for calls texts and "Snake" (remember when playing snake was like something from tomorrows world, what a time to be alive!) to the latest high end Samsung Galaxy and apple iPhone Devices.My role was to pair customers requirements with the most suited option, using my detailed knowledge of mobile handsets, networks, and factoring the customers budget requirements.

Filling in for an interim Period in evolves fast response customer service centre.This was a fantastic opportunity to understand the true day to day interactions between evolve and our customers.
