Since beginning my role with Centum I have worked in a variety of different roles (Electrical Tradesperson, Chargehand, Foreman and Supervisor) for many different companies including Dornan Group, Suir Engineering, Mercury Engineering, Kirbys, STS and Winthrop Ltd. among others.

Upon starting with Heat Revolution Ltd. I had to conceive and implement strategies relating to how the office would run, plan how best to efficiently generate leads and how best to create an efficient temporal and logistic structure for these leads. Managed a three-person team of telesales operators generating leads for salesmen on the road who were selling home heating products. Keeping the team motivated, ensuring that appointments were of a certain standard, keeping cancellations to a minimum and periodically training and re-training colleagues so as to maintain high levels of productivity.Co-ordinated a three-man team of salesmen on the road. Dealing with appointments, cancellations, logistics and sales.Liaised with customers on a daily basis confirming appointments, dealing with queries and fielding complaints.Liaised with company owners and department manager regularly to update them on how the office was running and how we planned to improve.

I served my time with Powerserve Ltd., who were an industrial electrical contractor mainly focused on the telecommunications industry. the vast majority of our work was done for mobile phone companies. installation and maintenance of any and all equipment necessary to keep their networks running smoothly. including but not limited to, installation and commissioning of UPS systems both small and large, installation of containment (tray, trunking, basket, ladder amd conduit) and cable glanding and terminating.
