- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department- Developing and executing the marketing strategy in line with the company objectives for five brand platforms – traditional energy, zero sugar, juiced energy, performance energy (sport drinks) and ready to drink coffee- Leading the team of marketing specialists responsible for: event sponsoring & management, ambassadors sponsoring (influencers, athletes, bands, personalities), BTL communication, digital content creation, direct marketing- Close cooperation with the commercial team: coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, planning and implementing consumer promotions, building incentive programs for our distribution partner and customers- Co-creating and managing the company’s marketing budget- Strategic relationship and partnership building with key industry players, agencies and vendors- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

- Responsible for a communication plan and it's execution across the Czech Republic and Slovakia- Leading the team of marketing specialists responsible for: events management, digital plans & content creation, direct marketing, comms- In charge of the event marketing and ambassador (athletes, bands, influencers) sponsoring- Responsible for new product launches. Close cooperation with the commercial department with a focus on consumer promotions, direct marketing, and incentive program for customers and our distribution partner- Close cooperation with distribution partner (Coca Cola Hellenic) and their Key accounts, brand and channel managers with a focus on tailor-made promotions and customer event, POP & POS materials creation, and direct marketing- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

- Managing existing clients and their campaigns- Researching new business opportunities- Communication with suppliers - Recruiting new suppliers- Development of new services in the agency portfolio

- Leading the team of coordinators responsible for the Slovak market - event management, digital marketing, and direct marketing- Supervising the communication plan for the Slovak market- Close cooperation with the sales team with a focus on consumer promotions and customer incentive - Close cooperation with a distribution partner - tailor-made consumer promotions, common activation of HORECA customers (tailor-made parties, price promotions, consumers incentive program)- Active communication with 3rd parties - mainly with agencies and external suppliers- Responsibility for the budget implementation
