Solving problems that occurred, particularly in relation to the S&T equipment installation.- Queenstown Road S&C renewal - On site, duty managing. This also involved working closely with Route Control Managers and Incident controllers, as well as local maintenance.- Lewisham Freight Train Derailment recovery - On site, managing the recovery and re-construction of a key junction which a Freight Train derailed over. This included arranging for the appropriate materials to be delivered to site in a timely manner, co-coordinating the recovery plan with the route, and working very closely with hand-back and assurance engineers to ensure that a safe railway was handed back.- Dartford North Jn S&C Renewal - On site duty management. Working very closely with the project team, and the route, to ensure the project was handed back safely.- Redhill Platform 0 remodel - Overall duty manager for the works, with S&T, Civils and Track reporting in to me as the controlling mind of the project.
