 Manage the sales administration function, operational performance, reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer can flourish. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the company’s presence throughout the country. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically on realistic forecast for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic cost of operating sales forces and sales promotion programme plans. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and electronic bulletins. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.

 Requesting for quotations, manufacturers Authorization and Certificates from the company’s principals. Responsible for calculating bid and performance securities Prepare summary for tender documents  Placing orders for reservation of vehicles for won tenders  Preparing Tender documents for submission  Validating and fulfilling request for information on tender, tracking mails and requests  Preparing of tender weekly report to management Assist to coordinate the preparation and submission of all tenders to meet their designated due date. Carefully monitor contracts and award. Attend Tender Openings.

 Provide significant help and support to the audit team to review internal controls and procedures  Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures  Perform bank reconciliation audit, branch audit, work in progress audit, cash count audit, payroll audit and stock taking. Analyze and recommend changes in internal audit controls  Ensure compliance with national audit policies and regulations  Identify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processes  Supervise the receiving of fuel, vehicles and auto spare parts by air and sea and monitor distribution of fuel.
