Global management of multiple concurrent long and short term projects, involving multidisciplinary teams throughout the company. Responsible for revenue goals and consistently exceeds targets YoY. Extensive experience working in overseas markets throughout Europe and Asia.Worldwide on-site evaluations, FMEA and testing of robotic systems, software systems, elevator systems / lifts, power supplies, ITE, functional safety, and industrial control equipment. Experience with Machinery Directive (MD) requirements (ISO 12100, EN 60204, etc.).Principal Engineer (PDE) for elevator systems and components - ASME A17.1, A17.5 and A17.7 (AECO Core Team Member).Extensive experience with various Risk Assessment (RA) methods, including creating a formal RA Team, as well as creating a formal GAP Analysis review team. Interfacing with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, including OSHA and various local jurisdictions throughout the US and Canada. Standards technical committee member and Principal Engineer (PDE) for ANSI / UL 1740 (Robotics), ANSI / RIA R15.06 (Robotics), ANSI / RIA 10218 (Robotics), CSA Z434 (Robotics), BSR T15.1 (IADs) and ISO 10218 (Robotics). Knowledgeable with functional safety and software requirements found in EN 61508, ISO 13849 (Machinery), ISO 26262 (Road Vehicles), and EN 954, as well as UL 1998 (Programmable Systems).Knowledgeable with appropriate UL (508, 508A, 551, 2011, etc.), CSA (C22.2 No. 14, 73, etc.), ANSI, ASME, NFPA (70, 79), EN and ISO standards, as well as CE directives.Familiar with ISO 17025 for Laboratory Operations (Embedded Lead Data Acceptance Auditor).Involved with multiple Lean Six Sigma process improvements that have a direct impact on throughput and work defects.
