1 • Pre-investment analysis: offer/market analysis, team, business model, financial structure and needs, risk identification. 2 • Negotiation/closing: company valuation, asset/liability guarantees, shareholders' agreement... 3 • Follow-up: support of the entrepreneurs and reporting of the activity.

Consulting firm specialized in R&D financing. • Change management mission - adaptation and structuring of the consulting activity according to Leyton & Associés procedures and operations. This in a context of increasing turnover and profitability as well as an important cultural and generational difference between the Finder Expert and Leyton&Associés teams. • Management of the consulting activity - management of a team of 10 experienced consultants, implementation of tools for monitoring the activity of the consultants, performance indicators of the activity, optimization of profitability.

- MISSIONS -• Creation and development of the product "INNOVATION FINANCING". • Scientific, financial and fiscal analysis of the Research and Development activities of the client companies, in order to obtain public and private financing for these activities. • Recruitment, training and management of a team of 7 consultants with an engineering/scientific background. - RESULTS - • The team under my responsibility generated a turnover of 7 million euros. • The missions were carried out in France, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Canada on behalf of large industrial groups and SMEs in all sectors of activity.
