Hi, my name is Dan and I am a proud Yorta Yorta Aboriginal man who uses he/they pronouns. I’m a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to advancing inclusion and diversity. I currently serve as the First Nations How2 Program Coordinator at Rainbow Health Australia, a program delivered by the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health & Society based out of La Trobe University. I come from a rich background in inclusion and diversity initiatives where my work has focused predominantly on supporting the LGBTIQ+ community and Indigenous populations.My work is driven by a passion for supporting organisations in enhancing their capabilities to better serve the Rainbow Mob. Currently, he coordinates the development of a best-practice model for Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations working with Rainbow Mob which aims to increase organisational capability and improve the health and well-being of LGBTIQ+ and First Nations communities.I take immense pride in my identity as a Queer Koorie man and am dedicated to fostering supportive environments for diverse communities through my professional endeavours. Outside of my professional commitments, I’m a devoted dog dad, enjoy playing music, and value time spent having a boogie with friends.
