 Responsible for overall process engineering issue and managing changes in product documentations. (Casting, CNC Machining, Special Purpose Machining, Surface Treatment ). Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) & process development for new product with new technology- Responsible for overall process engineering Design and implementation of quality engineering procedures for the prevention of defects in operations, including Gage R&R, SPC, Control plans, FEMA and process capability assessment and improvement ( ISO TS 16949). Reduction of the impact of product parametric variations through the analysis of product CPK values during the NPI process. Train new process/repair technicians, supervisors and operators for assembly process, repair & configuration. Work with Supplier Quality Engineers on new parts qualification and incoming parts quality improvement projects.Major Client: SCM, Hitachi, Panasonic Malaysia.
