• Work closely with the Vice President (VP) to develop student recruitment in Indonesia.
• Set up Indonesia team consisting of 3 In- Country Representatives. (2 in the sales department and 1 in the marketing department).
• Constantly bring Indonesia team as one of the highest sales revenues in SEA regions and TOP 3 highest sales revenue of the overall International Market of PSB Academy.
• Provide guidance for In-Country Representatives on agent management. For instance, discuss tactical strategies for each education agency to achieve its targets.
• Establish Collaboration with well-known Senior High Schools to increase the brand awareness and recruitment channel of PSB Academy in Indonesia.

• Work closely with the Country Manager for the development of student recruitment in East Indonesia (Mainly Surabaya).
• Plan the appropriate marketing strategies for each education agency in their respective cities. For instance, discuss the appropriate marketing budget accordingly and monitor their performance to ensure they could.
• Maintain a good relationship with overseas education agencies. While providing them with guidance and training during the recruitment and admission process.
• Provide a decent consultation to the students by giving a detailed explanation of the Singapore Education System. This also includes assisting students to choose the right pathway / major for their future.
• Validate and check the document/application given by students / overseas education agencies prior to sending it to the admission team.
