I am a skilled product leader with over 10 years of experience leading teams in a variety of disciplines, including product management, production, engineering, and executive leadership roles. I have pitched, developed, produced, and published products in collaboration with partners such as DreamWorks Animation, the NFL, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros. Discovery. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to wear many hats, transitioning between business, product, and development responsibilities as projects required. These experiences have proven instrumental to my success in keeping teams aligned and projects on budget, scope, and schedule – publishing more than 20 products across a wide variety of platforms in over 120 countries to more than 250 million users.As a leader and mentor, I strive to instill transparency, open communication, ownership, accountability and a product/team-first mentality. Throughout my career, this has consistently resulted in product success, as well as team and personal growth. I am a firm believer in leading by example and servant leadership, which when done right can motivate and empower a team to unlock their true potential.I am an avid gamer, with some of my favorite genres being sports, strategy, simulation and RPG - and a fun fact about me is that in the mid-2000s I travelled the Midwest playing in Madden tournaments, achieving a top 10 worldwide ranking! I also enjoy playing sports in real life, in addition to many outdoor activities - hiking, kayaking, fishing, and archery being some of my favorites. Along with those activities, I also enjoy history, philosophy, and am a devoted Cheesehead and Wisconsin sports fan!
