o Responsible for a smooth and prolific execution of the 5S Program o Maximised Pack stations’ layout in order to decrease the corrugate replenishment cycles. The designed helped decrease the associates’ time off task o Analysed the box usage percentage for each of the Outbound Process Path within the Pack department & redesigned the corrugate buffer to model perfectly the customer orders profile. By doing this, I have removed the need for on-shift replenishment and reduced the support hours needed, increasing the overall productivity of the department. The profitability of the project implied a return of investment cycle time of only 6 weeks.o Designed the building 5S audit and introduced daily building audit rotations in order to maintain a high area readiness standard and an efficient end-to-end operation.o Generated and standardized the Continuous Improvement weekly reports with the aim of highlighting the main area abnormalities & associate barriers.o Recalculated & Increased the Inbound and Outbound WIP buffer within the Pick department in order to match the Peak season demand.
